Why should retail florists care about this? Because online there is a war going on between retail florists and online florists (OGs). The number one weapon retail florists have over online florists is service. BUT what makes retail florists more credible is they have a real brick and mortar shop. Retail florists need all the help they can get online and building credibility is something they have control over. Google's new to Business Photos is a feature in which florists can use to '1 up' the online florists. I urge all retail florists to take advantage of this feature. YouTube Preview Image
