Email Marketing Setup Package

One Time Cost - $449/ $0 a month

• Design custom email template with your business logo and color scheme.

• Set up the opt-in, confirmation, and opt-out messages in compliance with spam laws.
• Setup of MailChimp primary email list and automatic email reminders for all major floral holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Memorial Day. We'll also tailor the auto-responses to the holiday using existing content from your website. If the business already has an email list with another provider (iContact, Constant Contact, Vertical Response, etc), Epic's team will manage the migration of those contacts over to MailChimp.
• Create special email lists for birthdays, anniversaries, and VIP customers. Then, set up auto-migration of customers to these special lists when orders are placed in these categories from your e-commerce site.
• Integration with your site's Google Analytics.
• Client is responsible for ongoing MailChimp fees. Monthly subscriptions or pay-as-you-go plans are available.

Managed Monthly Service Plans:

Level I

$89/month

• You create and edit the content/messages for your personalized emails, and we manage the rest of the process. If you have YouTube videos or pictures from your floral shop or customers, we can weave them into your emails at no additional charge.

• If there are any technical issues with the email lists, we troubleshoot and elevate as needed to MailChimp customer support team.
• We provide you with a monthly snapshots of activity generated from all of your email campaigns.
• MailChimp won't charge for up to 2,000 subscribers (all lists combined) and 3 messages/month to each subscriber.

Level II

$149/month

• Includes services in Level I.
• We write killer copy for one email message per month for just one of your email lists. Additional email messages can be created for $99/each. If you have YouTube videos or pictures from your floral shop or customers, we can drop them into your email at no additional charge.
• NOTE: Our policy is not to send the same exact email message to several lists at the same time. This is because many of your customers are going to be on many or all of your email lists.
• We'll take the time to verify that your emails are mobile-friendly on all major email programs (Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook, Apple, etc).

• If there are any issues with the email lists, we troubleshoot and elevate as needed to c (Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook, Apple).

• If there are any issues with the email lists, we troubleshoot and elevate as needed to MailChimp customer support team.
• We provide you with monthly snapshots of activity generated from all of your email campaigns.

Content Production:
Content is a vital ingredient in a successful marketing mix. We do content creation including video. We can do quality-but-affordable YouTube style videos, but we can also hire Hollywood writers, professional actors from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and use our partner's full-blown video production studio right here in Southern Oregon. We can do whatever you envision at a highly competitive price.
